Residential Hard Money Loans

These short-term loans are designed for investors who are buying distressed, residential properties in need of repairs or need a quick cash-out on an investment property.
We offer up to 100% financing and can close ina few days.
6 months-5 Years, $50K-$2MM in Major Texas Markets

Residential Conventional & FHA Loans

These loans offer homeowners financing with competitive rates and as little as 3.5% down payments.

This two-step loan process is utilized by investors looking to build a rental property portfolio to buy distressed, residential real estate in need of repairs for long-term rentals.
Up to 100% financing allows the investor to purchase/repair the home using a hard money loan and then quickly refinance into long-term financing, all under one roof.
$50K-$1MM in major Texas markets

DSCR Loan

DSCR/No income documentation loans are long-term mortgages for investors that do not require tax returns.
The loan qualification is based on the property and the rental income rather than the investor’s personal income
Up to 30 years, $2MM
